I came in from out of state to buy a house and Ray was extremely knowledgeable about the area. He was able to find many houses that were what I was looking for and was very accommodating to my schedule. With Ray's knowledge as a builder, he was able to inspect the structure and quality of the houses, which is something a lot of home buyers know nothing about, yet can save you a lot of headaches in the future. I did not feel pressured at any time and Ray was completely honest with me at every step along the way. I did not plan on buying a house that weekend, but I found the perfect place and went ahead with the purchase. Ray was very helpful throughout the process and always available when questions arose. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone searching for a new home or with a home to sell, and would not hesitate working with him again.
