Ray Brueggemeier

We have had 4 transactions (3 purchases and 1 sale) using Ray Brueggemeier of Cornerstone Real Estate as our broker and we are absolutely thrilled to have made his acquaintance in 2016. Ray knows the Dillion/Keystone/Frisco/Silverthorne area extremely well. In fact, our most recent purchase in Silverthorne was a direct result of his recommendation. We wanted a larger home than our two bedroom condo in Frisco and the townhouse in Silverthorne fit the bill. Of course he listed and sold our condo in Frisco. He is even a source of information for contractors and other professionals we need from time to time. Our home in Summit County is a second home and its particularly important to have a contact in the area like Ray. Ray was with us for our first foray into Summit County and we will stay with him for as long as we stay in Summit County (hopefully forever).
