A Repeat Customer

I met Ray in 2007 when I saw his name on a For Sale sign. I was curious about my ability to purchase a home so I gave him a call. He worked with me, he was professional and personable. Much to my surprise, I was able to qualify for my first home purchase. I was not a high profile client but he treated me as if I were. He showed me ever home I inquired about and gave me honest advice on his opinions about re-sell potential etc. I know that I purchased something that wouldn't have been his first choice for me but he respected my choices at the time and remained supportive throughout the entire process. In 2021, I sold that home. We listed it and then sold it for $25,000 over asking price. I was pleasantly AMAZED. I took some time searching for a new home. He was patient with me as I searched here in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. We put offers on a few homes before finalizing a sale here in Colorado Springs. Ray is amazing to work with. He is a trusted realtor. I refer him to friends and strangers alike. I will use no other realtor if buying or selling in his territory. If buying outside of his area, I will ask for his referral to a recommended realtor who specializes in the desired area. I had considered moving out of state and Ray did provide me with two different realtors to contact for my out of state search. In the end, I purchased here in Colorado Springs for the second time. I have no regrets and the highest regard for Ray and his business practices, his kindness, patience and integrity as an agent and someone who I now call "friend". We did not know each other prior to our business relationship. I won a trusted friend from what began as a business relationship and then blossomed into a true respect for him, his family and the integrity they display as upstanding people in our community.
