Great realtor and a great guy. When I bought my first house I didn't know where I wanted to live at first so we were driving to woodland park, divide, and as far as cripple creek before I decided to stay in the springs and he didn't complain once about the 2 hour drive. He has even helped me look into renting my house, investing in a property, and buy bare land. He is very knowledgeable and helping. You can tell he isn't in it just for a pay check, he actually cares. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
