Great experience from start to finish !

The 'Bluz TEAM' was awesome from the start; ie., speedy response to our questions about doing a remote closing, estimated Asking Price, commissions charged, market conditions, etc. Having LIVED in our community years ago, AND handling recent sales for others, they are VERY knowledgeable of the 'workings' of the Beachwalk Community. Ray was there to quickly answer any market/contractual questions I had along the way; and his 'wing woman', Wanda, is a HUGE asset, with her excellent communication, research, staging skills, etc. Plus, had the pleasure of working with 'on site' Realtor Lisa Puls for the initial look-see at our unit, staging ideas/guidance, etc. Her personality/demeanor was PERFECT for me!
