Mr. Sood was truly exceptional. I was impressed with his through professionalism and extensive knowledge about the market. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him and we are so thankful we did. His responsiveness was incredible. He did a lot of information gathering for us and put time and effort in walking us through the process. Mr. Sood was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions. He asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t think of to make sure the home we were buying didn’t have hidden issues or was updated to code. He was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. Mr. Sood is also incredibly personable. "Shashi" has been my realtor for approximately 15 years in selling investment property and in buying my personal homes. He has gone out of his way to work with tenants to enable a sale of an investment property which could have been difficult because of their needs. Shashi also paid attention to what I was looking for in my own personal home and found such property for me. What I think is Shashi's most important trait is that he responds to phone calls and text messages immediately when he can and if he can't he will let you know he'll get back to you and he does. I referred Shashi to family members and I would not consider using anyone else in a real estate transaction.
