Ravi was very well informed about negotiating real estate in this market. he explained legal processes and real estate practices very clearly in a way that was very easy for us to understand. A few times I worried that he might be a little too conservative, but in the end I came to appreciate his counsel and advice more than anything else. he helped us to make a sound decision, one that we were very very happy with.not only that, but he was available to us around the clock. He showed us properties, took our questions and phone calls, and was generally amenable to helping us anytime of the day or night. We love Ravi! Even my little son, really loved Ravi too! Ravi was very cautious. He made sure to advocate on our behalf and to warn us about making foolhardy decisions. He recommended that we have all of our inspections and even pointed out areas that might be of concern. I always felt like he was looking out for our best interest.
