Raven was great through the whole process. She was always available to me when I needed her, whether that was at the house or on the phone/text. She kept me well informed on everything that was going on and answered any questions I had. Raven also helped me with donating household items that I did not sell or need anymore. She arranged the pick-up and was the one present when they arrived. The fact that the house was in contract in less than a week speaks well to Ravens competency.
