We couldn't have bought a house without Raul! When we first met him, he told us that he would get us into a house that we loved, and that would be within our budget. I was a little skeptical considering the current housing market, but he delivered on his promise. After looking at a number of properties that my husband and I were not impressed by, we eventually came to the right one. The right size, location, and within out budget. He immediately contacted the seller, and put in our offer. The process was difficult, but Raul fought for us every step of the way. The inspection, the negotiations that ensued, the underwriters - at every step he made sure that we got the best outcome possible, and guided us every step of the way. I highly recommend Raul - he is honest, realistic, and fights hard for his clients. If we are ever fortunate enough to purchase a second property, we will certainly contact him.
