Raul is the absolute best!!! Very knowledgeable, works fast and knows how to close a deal! My husband and I found a home on Zillow that went on the market 1 day prior (Thursday). We called Raul, he set up an appointment for Sunday 10am to view the house, he helped us submit an offer 1 day later (Monday) and our offer was accepted on Wednesday!!!! The home was sold to us within 7 days!!! Raul knows how fast the market is moving & he was prepared to do everting in his power to close the deal for us!
