We decided to sell our house in Topeka four month ago after renting the house for the last 5 years. Terrible experience in Topeka renting this property. It cost us a lot of money every time someone moved out. Our kids went to college there, college and law school. I called my old friend Raul we did a walk through and he said boy if you like to get top price you need to do a, b, c and d. Ok ok sounds good I will do so. A moth later I called Raul back and I said I am ready. Well, Raul said one more thing let’s trim the trees away from the house. Ok He went to do his work two and half weeks later house sold. Wow and he sold the house for 30k more than what I was asking for it amazing. Now, paper work, making a offer, inspections and closing day. We leave in Wichita and Raul took care of everything via emails. My wife Dr Lopez said wow best experience ever. This was closing number 22 for us because of rentals, kids house and personal house.
