I must say, it took longer for me to empty the house than it took Raul to sell it. On May 28, 2020, he was at my house looking at its features, access, neighborhood, and everything else. However, I did not allow him to post the house on the market until June 21, and on June 23, the house sold. We closed 28 days later. I was really impressed with the vast knowledge he posses about market value and market trends. When he posted the house, I thought he was overpricing the house; when we received the appraisal, the house appraised about $200 more. To me, that is a lot of knowledge, and knowledge is power. When it came the time to buy, he went above and beyond. Even now that we've been in our new home for over two months, when I can't get the builder to fix something, he works his magic to make it happen. He showed us over 50 houses before we decided on the one we bought. I bet he was happier than us since that was a lot of gasoline spent. Although I made that last comment, he was always willing to show us as many houses as we needed to see until we were happy with our choice. I highly recommend him if you are serious about buying, selling, or both. I only say this because like I mentioned before, he will not waste your time; therefore, it is only fair we pay him the same respect, and rest assure he will take good care of you.
