As first time homebuyers, we appreciate Ratonya’s time and service assisting us to complete this process. Ratonya was very patient and kind throughout the entire process. We completed the home buying process overseas, so communication was a top priority. With that being said, we felt the communication could have been improved. In certain situations, we felt Ratonya should have gathered detailed information prior to relaying the information to us. She was very quick when it came to executing necessary documents, which was a pro and a con. The downside to her moving quickly was we did not receive any updates regarding the actions she had taken and what next steps we should expect. Once we asked additional questions, then she would inform us that a certain action was already completed versus informing us beforehand. She seemed more task focused versus thinking through the process to ensure certain actions were in the best interest of her clients. Overall, Ratonya accomplished the job and alleviated some of the stress associated with the home buying process. Ms. Ratonya, thank you for your service.
