Raszell is a great person to work with. He's very knowledgeable, quick to respond to any question, super friendly, and a fun person to check out houses with. He's also very low pressure, I never felt like he was trying to talk me into or out of anything during the process - he just gave information and let me make up my mind. Raszell did a great job for us! He met and/or exceeded our expectations on the normal real estate services associated with listing and selling a home and went "outside the box" in providing additional services not expected. Due to family circumstances, we needed to leave the area before the home was ready for sale. Most of the furniture and quite a bit of trash was left in the home. We left the key with Raszell and he made sure the house was completely cleaned out and cleaned up before putting it on the market. We left town on a Monday, Raszell had the house cleaned up and on the market by the following weekend. He had an open house on that Sunday, offers came in Sunday and Monday, and we went into escrow by the end of the week. Closed in 30 days, no issues!! In addition to getting the job done, Raszell was very easy to work with. We were 100% satisfied with Raszell and highly recommend him.
Amazing! He brought us an army. The right contractors to help us upgrade. His support staff was superb. His Escrow team is professional, on the ball and friendly. The day we closed was bittersweet. We reached our goal. It was like hitting the lottery. He sold our home and found us our next home. Zero regrets. well, there is one. The day-to-day interactions have dwindled, as expected. We miss him. I am trying to figure out what to sell or buy so we can have his day-to-day input and contact.
