As a first time buyer there were a lot of terms, vocabulary, norms and etc. I was very much on the deep end. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Kristen because she made everything plain and very easy to understand. More importantly when I comes to things I want or care about, in this case buying a home. I can be very direct, sometimes uncomfortably so. In spite of all that she took my opinions of houses, options and strategies towards buying the house that I wanted very well. She made suggestions the benefited me and made things clear that I was not aware of. She has connections with great people that I would give the same review of.
