Sudden and unexpected circumstances prompted our move to NJ. I called Rashida and we discussed our wants and needs. She quickly started the process of sending us lists of potential properties. She was very flexible and was able to arrange multiple viewings easily. When viewing properties she was mindful of letting us do an assessment and then contributing her evaluation. At one point she saved us from making an offer on a home that was lacking a feature we had not considered! Her goal was not to “sell “ us a house as quickly as possible but to find us the “right “ home and that was hugely important. We could trust her. She had our interest at heart always. In addition she was very knowledgeable about the local market and professional in all our interactions with her. She was responsive to emails, calls and texts and truly was always available during a very stressful time. We were able to find a home in about a month. We were able to negotiate a fair price and she was engaged throughout the process. She even recommended a painter/handyman that could do work on our new home during our absence. These things were a wonderful value add for us in using her services. My husband and I highly recommend Rashida. She is trustworthy, has integrity and the requisite knowledge to make an emotionally laden process more manageable. We absolutely love our new home!
