Rashelle was outstanding the moment she walked into the door. We moved to another state, and she was responsive to all our calls. She provided the photographer who used a drone to capture our neighborhood and house which was great for marketing. I could not sell a loveseat and had to leave it behind. It was sold in Marketplace and Rashelle took care of the transaction. Our house was on the market for 160 days + and sold for 100 K below asking price which was a little disappointing but us purchasing a new house was contingent on selling our house, so we accepted the offer.
