This is our 3rd time using Raquel as our realtor and once again she did an outstanding job! We bought once and sold twice through Raquel and would do it again! Her expertise in the markets geographic area was instrumental in our selling price. Raquel was straightforward with things that needed to be done to not only sell the home but pass the buyers inspection as well! She went above and beyond in all areas like finding and talking with a roofer since we are out of state. We couldn’t have done this 1000 miles away without Raquel!
