Raquel was our agent when my daughter and I purchased our home and again when we sold our home. She is easy to work with, especially since my daughter no longer lives in Florida and all interactions between Raquel and my daughter took place via phone, text, and online signatures. She kept us informed of dates and times the house was being shown and provided us with comments she received from potential buyer's realtors, as well as bids made on the house. Her pricing negotiation's were top notch. If a realtor communicates with you on her WEDDING day.. yes you heard that right.. on her WEDDING day, you have the right realtor working for you! Raquel is personable and knowledgeable. She fights for you as her client. She knows the market and knows what to offer to get it accepted. In a market like today's you need someone knowledgeable, someone that will be ready to take action and someone that is aggressive to get the house bought/sold. I had a complicated closing and Raquel stood by me through the end and beyond. She was supportive, and did whatever she could to make the process smoother and easier for me. Very knowledgeable, very quick response when I text for something important and just asking a silly question. Never had a realtor move as quickly as she did. very very on top of things. She ran me through every option I had. Made me more knowledgeable as well as making sure I was not screwed over knowing it would add more work for her and never charging me more for it. I have been looking for a home for more than 2 years. with the market that we are living in it was just not happening for me.
