Raquel was the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with. We were moving from Arizona to Utah and she spent a whole weekend -3 straight days- driving us all around the different areas that we were think about buying a house in so we really got a feel for the different towns and neighborhood. My sister was thinking about moving to Utah from California with her husband and son and wasn’t having the greatest experience with her realtor at the time. I gave her Raquel’s number and Raquel answered right away, went to open houses and Facetimed my sister in California and did all of my sister’s negotiations while my sister was still in California. She found my sister a house in less than a month and closed on the house just a few weeks after that. Not only is Raquel a great realtor, but she’s an amazing person. She is going to be my go-to realtor and if anyone needs a good one, she will be the first one I refer.
Raquel made our townhouse purchase seamless and easy. I was pretty stressed and she answered all my questions quickly and patiently. She has so many local connections, including knowing the seller's agent, the seller, contractors to help with inspections, and more. She knew details about every neighborhood we saw houses in. She even helped us think through pricing for a potential rental unit. She's an expert! And on top of that, she was so much fun to see houses with - funny and candid.
