Rannelle was very responsive and spot on to all of our questions and concerns. Her assistance in preparing the house for showings was integral. In addition, her advice on paint colors and the new house photos with drone video displayed the greatness of the house and almost made us want to keep it! If only we weren't moving out of the area. Her tireless effort and immense knowledge ensured we received maximum returns for similar square footage houses in the area. Finally, she was very accommodating to the time crunch we had to sell the house, while at the same time being honest with the timeline we were working with to close.

Ranelle learns the client and then directs the sales process in a way that meets both the client's personality and expectations. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the property is staged beautifully, listed attractively, and managed strategically. She brought in her own furniture. She killed bees in the backyard. She made sure that outside contracts were clearly communicated. She understands both the desires of the seller and the uncertainties of the buyer. She drives sales but walks along with the seller.

Our requirements were unique and we are a very picky family. Rahnelle helped us through this process and got us exactly what we wanted. She is so insightful (knowing the area, ins and outs of the 15+ houses we looked at, and understanding the local policies {strange laws here in NC}).
