This reference is long overdue but based on the quality of the service we received which was exceptional, I wanted to post this for others seeking true professional representation in buying or selling a property. I have bought and purchased several homes ranging in value from $150,000 to $1.6 million with frustrating realtors. Never ever have I received the professional real estate expertise comparable to what we received from Raniel and Steve at Our Town CDA . These two gentlemen utilize corporate expertise, technology, analytics, psychology, street smarts, teamwork, a system and major real estate knowledge to deliver results. We owned a beautiful mountain home overlooking Hayden Lake. It was rented for several years.
