She's like a ray of sunshine- for us the purchasing process is stressful, and that is my nature, but Rania immediately calmed me down, insisting that the stress was her role, her job, not mine, in other words, CHILL OUT! When it came to knowledge, she knew every form, every regulation, every precaution, etc. Ours was not a simple transaction with many complexities, yet behind the scenes she made it feel simple- no surprises and my favorite were the emails that would update me of next steps.
