We weren’t sure where we wanted to buy, preferred Boca Grande but we required on level and there was limited supply. Randy and Dan showed us a couple houses off island, but didn’t meet our expectations, Randy and Dan kept looking and found a perfect solution for us. They handled all paperwork on the offer and the closing, effortless on our part. We owe them a BIG thank for selling one home and buying another all within days of each other in a very tight real estate market.

We really didn’t do much, Randy and Dan handled all details, big and small. They knew how the home should be staged for showings and once we had offers, again the two guys showed up the three all acceptable offers. We indicated our preference of offers and they worked with Law Firm on all paper work required to go to closing. It was an amazing experience without effort on our part.

Randy is the most knowledgeable realtor on Boca Grande. He is fact based and avoids hype. I have used Randy for 30 years including a highly successful sale that recently closed.

They were truly advocates for us during a stressful time and instilled complete trust. They went above and beyond the call of duty. This may sound a bit like a marketing pitch, but we are truly appreciative of how they worked for and treated us.
