Randy Watts was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. Randy knows our area well and kept us up on the listings in our area for about a year before we were ready to list our home. Since we were not ready to move due to the fact that we we remodeling another home to retire to, he kept us informed on the homes selling in our area and their values. When ready to list, he was very helpful in settimg up an Open House and even suggesting estates sellers for our "treasures" that we didn't want to move if we deided we needed that service. He knew exactly what our time meant to us and we were always able to get in touch with him in a very timely manner. We would definitely recommend Randy or any of his team.
