Randy Thomas is the broker and owner of Cornerstone Real Estate Group, an independent brokerage serving Stockton, Lodi and San Joaquin County, with offices at 611 Lincoln Center in Stockton and 224 West Pine Street in Lodi.
Randy has more than 32 years in local real estate. Over his career he has personally closed more than 1,570 transactions totaling more than $1.2 billion in sales volume, per Cornerstone Real Estate Group transaction records. He ranks in the top 1% of Realtors nationally and in San Joaquin County.
Randy is a Life Member of the Lodi Association of Realtors Masters Club, was named one of the 100 Most Influential Realtors in Northern California, and completed the Yale Negotiation Studies Program.
Investment property is a core part of his practice, not a side line. Randy bought his first investment property at 22 and still owns and manages his own rentals. He helps investors buy and sell single family rentals, duplexes and small apartment buildings, and Cornerstone runs its own property management division under the same roof. He also handles commercial property and business sales.
He works with buyers and sellers across Stockton, Lodi, Acampo, Woodbridge, Lockeford, Linden, Manteca, Tracy, Escalon and Ripon, from first time buyers to estate and probate sales. Randy and his family live and farm in Acampo, and he works directly with his clients and answers his own phone.
