Start to finish, Randy was very dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional. We looked at many homes and while viewing properties, he expertly brought things to our attention that we wouldn't have noticed otherwise: the good, the bad and the ugly. We were seeking a new a place in an area that was over a two hour drive and he was always more than willing to make the trek up the mountain to make sure we found exactly the right home. His experience goes far and wide as he is an expert in the construction and appraisal processes. He's always very responsive to all of questions and took care of everything during the inspection process. The purchase was seamless and we owe it all to Randy and his diligence and his savviness.
