If you’re looking for an agent that actually listens to you and hears what you want, LOOK NO FURTHER! This guy can get information that most agents push to the side. He is never about his own agenda. Whether you’re buying or selling, this guy is the best in town. If you’re buying and you want to put in an offer he thinks is too low, he’ll do it anyway! Sometimes it pans out! If you’re selling, he will do everything humanly possible to get you the highest dollar amount for your dwelling! My family and I have had Randy as our agent MANY times and he has yet to disappoint. Yes, I am a little biased...Randy is my brother. That being said, I have no doubt that he treats all his clients the same way. Randy was professional, diligent, and provided great insight into the local Pensacola market that allowed us to fully understand what we were purchasing and whether it was a good deal or not. He is always available, and I know this to be true for all of his clients and will be truthful with you throughout the entire process. Can't thank him enough!!!

He is very good with people and gets the job done, less than a month the house was sold for a lot more than we paid for it.
I have sold and bought sat least 5 homes through Randy..the only thing he needs to work on when his client is doing a cash offer he needs to work on getting the seller asking price down
