We bought our first house with Randy and had such a great experience that we reached out to him to help us sell that house as we moved out of state. When buying, he listened well and showed us housed that aligned very closely to our ideal house on a tight budget. Then when selling, he helped put us at a competitive price point that had our house sold in 6 weeks during the holiday season (Nov. & Dec.) while holding our expected price point.
