He was awesome and communicated very often and very well. He was really proactive on our behalf to make sure things went as smooth as possible during all the Covid craziness. He was very upfront and honest about homes. It was very easy to pass on homes that needed too much work and to give him feedback about what we were looking for. We ended up with a beautiful new construction home and only needed to look for a single day to agree on what we wanted. He made sure to steer clear of any excessive taxes and/or HOA's so we got the most bang for our buck. As first time home buyers we felt very comfortable. I will reccomend to people I know!

Buying a house for the first time was Working with Randy in finding and purchasing our first home was a great pleasure. Randy is a super awesome guy and very honest. He really gets invested in his clients and will not steer you wrong. He is very patient and does not sell a house just to sell a house, he sells you a home. He works tireless before, during and after the process. Very thankful to him for all that he’s done for us. He will work with your schedule, we only had one day during the week to really look at houses and he was able to accommodate us just fine. We asked him countless questions and he was very responsive and kept in mind when to call and/or text due to working a graveyard schedule.
