Randy provided us with outstanding service. He was spot on with his advice, and very efficient throughout the entire process. As with any transaction, we had a couple minor hiccups (not due to Randy), however he fixed them rapidly and we moved firward and even closed ahead of schedule. I would recommend him to anyone.
