If I could give Randy 6 stars I would. 1. Randy knows construction and can help differentiate major issues from things that are easily addressed. 2. Randy knows home valuation and will help you make the right offer. in our case that offer was well below the asking price, and we only had to come up a little for the sellers to accept. 3. Randy has great connections in the area. 4. Randy works HARD for you. He is always available and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. 5. Randy is a good, honest guy. My wife and I were floored by our experience with Randy, after our previous experiences with typical "transaction management" realtors.
