Great communicator

Randy is proactive, dependable, knowledgeable, and excellent communicator/ listener. He is quick to schedule necessary maintenance/inspection appointments. He "knows a guy" in every field related to preparing a home to sell. This gave us peace of mind as sellers. Randy has a personality that makes him easy to work with.
