Randy worked with me from over 400 miles away. I came to the area for 2 weeks to find my forever home. He knew my price range and that it had to be a ranch because I did not want to negotiate stairs when I reached my eighties. After looking at about 35 homes, we talked and decided that I needed to be willing to go a little higher in my price to find the house that would meet my needs. He did not push me but was open and honest with me. The second house we looked at the higher price, I bought. Randy helped me with all the details of closing.
