Mr Krouse was always available for questions and scheduling. From potential buyers to inspections, all were professionally managed.

I had lived in the subject house since 1957 and had never had any dealings with a real estate agent other than Randy, with the exception of the buyer's agent. I will make the point that the experience took place in a very seller friendly market. Based on my limited experience I will say Randy handled the sale of my home in a very professional manner. He was very active in the transaction and seemed to be the guiding force in the deal whereas the buyer's agent seemed to be along for the ride.

During the summer of 2020, we used Randy Krouse to sell our previous home and to buy our new home. Randy is very professional, helpful and not the typical pushy salesman. He made us feel like we were his top priority, even while he was on vacation. We had a few minor repairs that needed to be fixed before listing our home on the market, so Randy helped us find high quality individuals to make those repairs quickly and at a reasonable cost. Randy listed our home on the MLS system, and we had a prospective buyer schedule a walkthrough within 45 minutes. We signed the contract later that evening. Home sold in a single day and over asking price! Randy was also very helpful with buying our new home. Scheduling walkthroughs was a breeze, and he was very flexible with our timing. In the end, Randy helped us secure a great home at an excellent price! Overall, Randy is excellent to work with and made our home buying/selling experience pleasant and memorable. We would use Randy’s services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy and/or sell their home.
