Randy and Lynn helped us both buy and sell a home. When we were buying a home here (from across the country!) they kept in close contact (in fact they were one of the only local realtors that would return emails and calls not only within the same day, but right away). They made the process so easy by doing most of the paperwork electronically and even did a home tour for us through FaceTime and YouTube to help us see different aspects of the home before putting in a offer. They helped us negotiate a great deal on an amazing home. When we needed to sell, we knew we would definitely use Randy and Lynn again. They took absolutely beautiful pictures of our home for the listing and were so knowledgeable about the different things people would be looking for, our house went into contract in just THREE DAYS! They were there to help us with everything and again, helped us get more for the house than we would have even imagined with their great negotiation skills and knowledge of the area market. They are a great,helpful, laid back team that we wish we could have taken with us when we moved away. :)
