We contracted Randy to sell our primary home back in 2021. In short, he was easy to work with, no nonsense, no hassles, aggressive seller, got us more than we were expecting. When we were ready to sell our 2nd house, he was our immediate "go to" realtor. His commitment, performance, and the amount of work he put into the sell was over the top. I usually do not write reviews, however, my recent experience with Randy Hughes was so phenominal that I had to share. First of all, I never realized how many things brokers were responsible for and the expertise that is needed to sell a house! Randy navigated all our needs, from start to finish. He constantly checked on the status of our listing and promptly updated us on any changes or strategies needed to optimize our chances of a beneficial sale. He never pressured us over any decisions to be made, but counseled us on all possible scenarios relating to the state of the buyer/seller market. He even helped clean out the house and water and weeded our yard! Now that was an unexpected service. In the end he brokered an excellent deal that my wife and I were extremely happy with. We will have no hesitation recommending Randy to any of our friends and family.
