Randy did an excellent job helping my wife and I find our first home. He was always available to take our calls, answer questions, and give honest opinions on what we were looking at when we asked for them. Most notably, Randy ALWAYS went above and beyond to make sure we got to see every house we had on our list (there were about 15 over the course of about 2 weeks). Randy got to know our tastes and styles as we walked through the homes with him. When our purchased home went up on the market, Randy knew it was exactly what we were looking for, and he notified us immediately. On top of that, Randy was able to get us into the home the next day before anybody else (there was no sign in the yard, nor was it yet posted on any of the home-listing sites). Randy made the actual process of placing a bid and ultimately purchasing our home very, very simple. Randy walked us through all of our paperwork and made sure we understood onto what we were signing our names. Further, when the title company for our home we purchased was trying to drag out the process on very simple and mundane matters, Randy called them and successfully advocated for getting us our originally agreed upon closing date. Randy was fun to work with, thorough, honest, and excited to be our agent. He is very knowledgeable about the Downriver area and what red flags to look out for. Randy was very patient with us as neither of us had any prior experience of purchasing a home. My wife and I are both very happy with how Randy performed, and we highly recommend him to be your agent to find your dream home!
