Randy is very thorough and gave us great advice when selling our home! He is honest and knowledgeable and set realistic expectations. Promptly returns phone calls, answers questions and was very accommodating with meeting times etc. Our house sold very quickly and painlessly! Would absolutely use Randy again in the future and would definitely recommend to family and friends!
Randy has good knowledge on Real Estate values. He gave my sisters, brothers, and myself Ideas on Improvements to increase the value but always left the decision to us. He was always quick to respond by emails and keep us all informed what the other siblings were thinking and their ideas. Randy told me that his role to both seller and buyer is to be fair and neutral and I believe he did exactly that.
