Promptly returns phone calls, answers questions and was very accommodating with meeting times etc. Our house sold very quickly and painlessly! Randy has good knowledge on Real Estate values. He gave my sisters, brothers, and myself Ideas on Improvements to increase the value but always left the decision to us. He was always quick to respond by emails and keep us all informed what the other siblings were thinking and their ideas.
