Randy Benton

Randall, Was very knowledgeable of the area, the market, and what the buyers are looking for. My house was sold in a timely manner. He walked me through the whole process. I woul recommend Randall to anyone.

"Randall Benton made the sale of our high end home possible. We were foundering with another agent who was passively handling the sale. Randy stepped in and provided constructive criticism of how the property was presented from a staging perspective and from a tree removal perspective. Randy marketed the property aggressively in the paper and in open houses and recommended and backed up needed price reductions. We sold the home in 90 days. Then, we had significant inspection issues and Randy was people smart in dealing with the other realtor and buyers. Randy was even willing to step in and physically assist with inspection items by arranging contractors as we had moved out of town. Randy earned our heart felt appreciation. It was an amazing effort."
