Randy is knowledgeable about the market and was VERY supportive. Randy provided market research and worked with me to set a fair and reasonable price. Unfortunately I had a stroke due to a fall in the middle of the selling process. Randy stepped up and handled everything. I live in Kansas and was not able to travel for the closing, I provided Power of Attorney to Randy, he handled everything including depositing the check in the bank. Randy is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend him.
