Beth and Randy were instrumental in helping my family relocate to FL from MO. It took some time to get to the point of house hunting, but during the planning stage Beth and Randy were in touch regularly offering to answer any questions we might have. They offered suggestions to some challenges we encountered and waiting patiently for us to make the final decision to move, but were with us every step of the way. They helped my family locate a rental and helped negotiate the signing of the rental agreement since we had circumstances that didn't meet the owners original requirements. When it came time to buy, they spent a lot of time finding again the perfect house for our family situation. They talked me through every aspect of home buying since and answered my endless amount of questions. They assured me through the difficult times, and advocated in my interest when we ran into more challenges at closing. I would recommend Beth and Randy to any and all family, friends, and strangers alike. They have also proven extremely knowledgable in resources in the area for repairs and many other life needs. I will work with no one else.
