Smooth, Confident, and Tactful!

Met RJ while he was showing a property to another (hopefully closed) client. From the start, he was knowledgeable and thorough, and more importantly he listened. When we narrowed it down to the property, we were hopeful to close on, this is where his experience and skill really shown through. He successfully got us to closing at 20k below asking and with the investing company (anyone that knows, knows those companies only care about their bottom line. Not you.) STILL paying most of the closing cost. That skill alone is worth his buyers fee. In this unstable, unpredictable, and untrusting economy, RJ has proven at least with me, you can place your trust that he will be transparent, patient, willing, and diligent in getting you through the purchasing terrain. I write this review for you, the future buyer. I was once you and needed to hear/read something like this to assist with my push to homeownership.
