The knowledge he has is the best and instead of just telling us what we needed to do, he taught us what we needed to know and explained why this happened. If we ever have a question or didn't know why something was happening he was always willing to answer our text messages or phone calls and explained everything. He completed the comps on our home and the accuracy he had was superb. Five stars is not enough to show the work Mr. Island did for us. Very Thankful for what he was able to do for us. We will definitely use his services later on with our next purchase.
