Randie and her team were a dream to work with! When we initially reached out, she came to our first meeting fully informed about the property we were planning to sell. We were very impressed and knew right away that it was a fit. When discussing our needs for a new home, she understood exactly what we needed. We ended up finding our home while we were on vacation and Randie was on it - she got us all of the inspection reports ahead of time and toured the house before we flew home. We looked at the house and she was fully prepared with how to structure an offer. We got the house, and sold our home all within almost exactly 3 months. When selling our home, Randie was very communicative and helpful. It was a unique house to sell and Randie went the extra mile every step of the way. We got a great price for the house and were thrilled with how smooth the process went! Overall, we would highly recommend Randie (and Lisa) and would absolutely work with her again!
