Randi Hartsell

Randi helped us find our home in Harrisburg in August of 2016, although "helped" doesn't really do her justice. We began looking in May and I've lost count of how many properties we looked at, but Randi was up for all of them. We were determined to find the perfect property (translate "picky") but Randi was patient and kind, never getting frustrated with all of our questions and viewings. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was willing to share her experience and advice in selecting a property. Once we found the perfect house, she gave us honest, forthright advice in making our offer which, if I hadn't listened to her, probably would not have been successful. Randi stayed on top of EVERYTHING throughout the purchasing process which went as smoothly as anyone could hope. Plus, she's got a "guy" for everything such as home inspections, flooring, general contracting, tree removal, insect treatments...the list goes on and on. We did a lot of work on the house while we lived there and used many of Randi's guys to help us and had great experiences with every one. After 5 years of happily living in the home Randi helped us find, we reached out to her again in May of 2021 to sell our house as we were moving to Tennessee. Again, Randi was awesome, giving us great advice as to preparing the house for sale and setting the sale price. And again, she proved to be absolutely right and I was very glad I heeded her. Our home sold very (ridiculously) quickly and for a price we were very (ridiculously) happy with. And again, Randi was on top of everything and made the process as smooth and easy and buying had been. My family has moved a number of times over the last 30 years; to this day, Randi has been the best agent we've ever had and the ONLY one we both bought and sold with. She's a great agent and a fantastic person to whom I'm happy to give my highest recommendation.
