Randi Bevington

From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew Randi was personable and friendly. She was also really skillful with helping us to figure out what we really wanted. This was our first home purchase and we had a really broad idea of what we were wanting; but, she really helped us hone in on what features we absolutely would not compromise. She was also incredibly flexible especially when it came to dealing with our conflicting work schedules. Due to this, there were many times when I had to view houses without my partner. While that could've easily added another layer of stress, I was very fortunate to have Randi with me. Her warmth and kind demeanor made it feel like I had a really good friend I had known my whole life looking at houses with me. In addition to this, she was always responsive and efficient. Although we had heard nothing but horror stories about the home buying process, we experienced quite the opposite. We worked with Randi for about 2 months, including closing time! I believe that the quick turnaround time had so much to do with Randi's technical abilities and her positive attitude. From the offer through closing, we received everything we asked for and wanted. We truly cannot thank Randi enough for everything she did for us!
