If I could give this agent more stars, I would! I had talked to a couple of agents, but I either didn't get the feeling I could trust them, or they just were not on top of it. Randy was referred to my by a close friend of mine who knew my situation. I was looking for a realtor who was understanding, responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable. Fortunately, my friend gave me Randy's contact info. Since working with Randy, I have felt I had a kind, light-hearted partner to work with in the quest for my new home. The property I was looking for was extra complicated to find and nail down, since I was looking for a house that was zoned as a home, and also a business. Randy was VERY helpful! He knew so much about Orlando and the surrounding metro areas. I was impressed, and thankful! He was prompt with showings, and really got a feel for my style and budget. He assisted with negotiations and is intelligent, resourceful and helpful! Due to the uniqueness of settling in this type of home, many unusual questions arose. Randy, already knew so much, but anything he wasn't familiar with, he immediately researched and got me the right answer. He also connected me to some wonderful service providers, of which I will continue to hire for my future maintenance needs. Randy cares about the finishing touches once you have your place. I never felt alone in the matter even after I closed. He has been there as a resource of knowledge for many things home-ownership related. Randy was a blessing. I am planning to refer him to my customers, friends, and family any time anyone is looking . You're in very good hands with Randy : )

Randy always took all the time we wanted to show us every house we were interested in. We moved from out of state. We came to meet with Randy on Monday, but got to Florida on a Sunday. We contacted him and he met with us and showed us houses that Sunday afternoon without hesitation. He was very good at pointing out things we weren't aware of. He was always very pleasant and easy to work with.
