So you too can marvel- Randall helped me find the property but it didn’t suit my dog. The dog began barking too much and I would be a bad neighbor. Civility ruled and I had to list the property. Although not my original intent, I flipped the property and within a month had my cash with a significant profit. I reiterate- a significant profit was made rapidly.
