Randy and his wife Teresa Dalton are an excellent real estate team to have on your side. They properly set expectations and provided expert advice after determining our needs and desires. They showed much patience, never tiring of showing houses to us. While I am sure that they were busy with more clients than just us, they made us feel like we were their only priority. We looked at a lot of houses on both sides of the state line in the Kansas City area and they helped us narrow it down to the one we bought. They represented us very well to the seller’s agent as we negotiated the purchase of our new house. We could not be happier! Thank you Randy and Teresa!

They paid attention to every detail and delivered news of the inevitable “glitches” with grace, candor, kindness and always with options and recommendations on next steps to address. Randy Dalton, and his wife Teresa, were wonderful to work with! They gave us great advice for preparing our home to show, which we followed. They provided names of resources we could use for jobs we could not handle ourselves. They stayed on top of our progress towards preparation. Great coaching as they first pre-listed and then listed the property we were selling. They promoted the sale so we’ll that our neighbors were observing the huge amount of traffic of people looking at it to buy. They fielded many offers, being responsive to all. Randy is honest, patient, knowledgeable, great sense of humor man! It was such a pleasure working with him! We bought our house in October 2020, till this day Randy still communicates with us to see if we need anything! Doesn’t hesitate, we now consider Randy and his wife Teresa like family. Finding a home in general is a large step and can be very difficult. Finding a home in the crazy housing market that is going on right now makes it even more challenging. When my wife and I began looking for houses, we were quickly overwhelmed with how much went into this process. We quickly reached out to our families and were able to make the connection with Randall and Teresa. We had lunch with them soon after, and knew from that conversation that they had OUR best interest in mind, which was really refreshing. When we began house hunting, going from listing to listing, Randall was always prepared, having done research on the house along with providing physical documents for us to view while looking at the house. Along with being well prepared, Randall and Teresa were extremely accommodating. We could text them at any time and they would always get back with us very quickly. If they ever had to be out of town for some reason, they would link us up with other realtors from their office that they trusted and knew would take good care of us. We were able to find a house, and after our offer got accepted, they made sure every little detail went smoothly until we closed on our house. Not only that, but they have been checking up on us after the fact, making sure that things are still going smoothly, and still being there for us as we settle into our home. We had an outstanding experience with them, and would highly recommended them to anyone.
